What does everyone think of Poppy?
is it likely to date badly?

Good only for a dog IMO

It's dated and better for a dog.

It's in the top 10 most popular names for girls. No 35 in Scotland (in between Mia and Sienna).

I knew a dog named Poppy. Have never met a human Poppy. It’s very twee. I feel it’s similar to Lily, Rosie, Maisie, all of which I dislike.

I’ve always thought it’s a happy and positive sounding name, I really like it.

I don't think it will date badly as I know several Poppys of wildly different ages.

For me personally it's a bit cutesy.

Too cutesy for me. The one I know is always cashed Pops or Popstar.

I do like Polly though.
