Wasn’t bullied.

Actually, thinking about it there were loads of girls at school who were dreadful bullies - but I can't think of a single boy. Why is it that boys have much simpler relationships with each other? Girls seem to have more complex relationships are meaner to one another which is just sad😔

God the boys were the worst I’ve realised I didn’t mention boys names on my first post though. Jonathon and Archie and Joseph were the worst

Is anyone else trying to guess the ages of posters from the names?!

Purplewarrior · 04/05/2026 16:36

Marie and Tracey

Hilary at grammar school, the queen bee with her little coterie of drones (dronesses?). So poisonously sweet and wholesome, and thoroughly toxic.

Sharon. She was supposed to be my best friend but treated me like shit and completely turned on me.

My mum is 83 and up until a few years ago (she now has advanced dementia) she would still talk about the two girls who bullied her when she was a young teen.

You never forget no matter who many years pass by.

Wasn’t bullied.

So quite the pointless reply then.

Alex and Gabi
Spent a long time flying under their radar.
They were the ringleaders of a notorious little group and one day they turned on one of their own - vicious.

Karen, Christine, Julie, Val, Stephanie. And Dawn, but she’s dead.
Secondary school… picked on me cos my Mum died and called me “Little orphan Annie”

I have murdered each one many many times over the years.
I couldn’t fathom their evilness.
They we’re 2 years older than me.

Never Forget.

Well it's not 'absolute rubbish' that I can't think of any boy bullies at school, and happily my DS never encountered any at school either. And I still maintain that girls have more complex relationships than boys... And obviously boys are capable of bullying, I just have only personally encountered girl bullies.

However, I suspect that modern tech means that bullying is generally quite different to what it was when I was at school because it no longer needs to be done face to face.

We absolutely had boy bullies… they bullied one other boy so incredibly badly that people would probably call me OTT if I were to describe it on this thread.

BUT they usually stuck to bullying other boys. Some of this poor boy’s tormentors made it clear that they didn’t like me. But the worst were a few mean remarks, laughter etc.

were they nice to me? Nope, not at all. And I disliked them, they made me feel on edge etc.
But it seemed more of a “taking the opportunity if something arises” / cheap shots but not necessarily a clear bullying campaign, if that makes sense.

I did just remember that one boy bullied me for a few days in primary. I probably didn’t give him the reaction he was hoping for and he moved on. It was fairly mild all things considered.

(I must say that I was never the victim of a real bullying campaign by a classmate, except for maybe in kindergarten…)

Clare, Melissa, Janice and Denise.

The nasty boys on the bus were both called Josh. Though my brother and some of my closest friends were also called Josh. So just a popular name at the time!

VikingLady · 04/05/2026 17:43

Alison, Michelle, another Michelle, Stephanie, Aaron, Charlotte.

In hindsight at least two were already prostitutes by 16, so I think they had a lot of crap going on in their lives. Whilst I wouldn’t be friends with them if we met now I wouldn’t hold a grudge. Aaron can fuck off though.

iloveeverykindofcat · 04/05/2026 17:46

Tracy.

Her mother was a dinner lady and she was the epitome of a cry-bully: the kid who'd single you out, bully you, then somehow manipulate and twist the situation so you were the one who ended up in trouble.

Before her was Hannah, a more straightforward sort of bully, which is a shame as I really like the name Hannah. I wasn't massively bullied though, those girls were awful to everyone. I wasn't popular either, most of my interests were outside school and I sort of had the knack of not drawing attention to myself. I'm sure the vast majority of my classmates wouldn't remember me.

NOT miller, I'm sure she was just lovely at school!

TheChosenTwo · 04/05/2026 19:02

Jenna - not sure why, she just had it in for me. Would see me coming down the corridors and try to trip me up, wasn’t anything too terrible, just slyly nasty - never really interacted with her, we were in opposite sides of the year and didn’t have any classes together. She just took an instant dislike to me.
Ironically our paths crossed years later, she was a HCA looking after my mum in hospital.

I’m sorry you were bullied, but this is just batshit. How evil can you actually be if you find it funny that someone died from cancer? What is wrong with you?

Taxta · 04/05/2026 19:15

Mel, or ‘big Mel’ as she was known.

LittleMissLateForWorkAgain · 04/05/2026 19:20

Karen and Susan.
Karen was just pure evil. Nasty little peroxide bitch with her evil comments and little gang.
Susan was a cow but I found out later on her mum had died when we were in year 7 so I guess she just hated everyone.
I think if she'd told people this maybe she would have been a better person and less hated.

Tanya a very "mature" 14 year old who liked to laugh at anyone who was a virgin.
Well most of us then.
