Baby girl name help

37 weeks pg with dc4. Since finding out she is a girl at 16 weeks ive been rail roaded by dh and other dc to pick a specific name. Finally got listened too last night and other name suggestions are being considered.

Dh and I take it in turns to pick a name however I picked dc1 and he took over dc2 and dc3 and nearly did it again for dc4.
Middle name will be Mae/May

All beautiful! Without knowing your other children’s names I can’t really say if they will clash but all go lovely with may/mae except for Thea. But that doesn’t matter unless you intend call her her middle name and first name everyday

I really like your list OP. I think Elodie is my favourite, then Thea.

I like Aurora and Charlotte the best but all are lovely.

They're quite different names IMO!
I prefer Charlotte.
Elodie is too frilly for my liking.
Thea is ok but doesn't really work with May.

Charlotte for sure from that list. Thea is nice too. I don’t like Elodie at all. I like Aurora but need to know the other kids names as it’s very fancy & Disney-ish.

Then you're not taking it in turns. If you both agreed to take turns and he has now named 2/3 of your children, then it's unquestionably your turn to name this one. I'd avoid anything you know he hates, but otherwise go wild.

I like Elodie best out of your choices, but all of them are OK. I think the last name also make a big difference so I would try all of your choices along with Mae/Mae and the last name to see what sounds best to you.

Love Aurora best. Elodie second. Find Charlotte and Thea a bit bland.

In order:
Charlotte - classic
Elodie - looks pretty but it will probably be Ellie. Use it as the middle name.
I don't like Thea or Aurora.

May is overused as a middle name and I don't like the Mae spelling.

May is a family name as nan in law died in October.

If May is the family name, then I would spell it that way. It's more classic and nicer too I think.

Charlotte is a lovely name and the best on your list.

Sorry about your nan-in-law. Using a different spelling isn't honouring someone IMO, so go with May.

Yes you are right. Im not attached to any spelling so will keep it as May.

I quite like Elodie, Aurora is pretty but a bit princessy and Thea is bland and nothingy.

Charlotte is classic and beautiful, and it's versatile too because of the many diminutives of the name.

I like all your names and I’d choose Aurora as it’s the most unusual.

Charlotte May is very pretty and not a combination you hear often (despite May being a popular middle name).
