After some inspo! Super stuck on what to call our baby girl… 31 weeks pregnant so still have time, but just can’t imagine settling on a name. We have a Poppy already x

I liked both of those too but DH said no. Naming DD1 was done in five minutes (truly) because there was a name in common that we both loved. For DD2 we had a list each (went through a baby name book from cover to cover) and it took ages because we had power to veto the other's suggestion. Eventually, about a week before DD was born, DH caved and went with one of my ideas that he'd previously said no because "you're the one that's grown the baby and will have to birth it". I still love the name, DH feels it suits her and is happy with it because he loves her.
However for my parents it didn't go so well, mum and the world call me by my first name, dad calls me by my middle name which is the one he wanted. Used to cause some confusion to visiting friends (I'm in my fifties so this has lasted a very long time 😁)
