Please rank them favourite to least favourite.

Any negative connotations or thoughts that come to mind with these names?

Asher is my fav by a country mile.

I like Jasper and Asher. I've never really liked Jack - I know it's hugely popular but it's always sounded a bit hard and ultra-macho to me - it seems to be the go-to name for tough guys in thrillers and detective stories and I think that might be what's put me off. Dylan is kind of neutral for me, I don't dislike it but it wasn't even on my longlist.

Asher

Jasper - (these first 2 are pretty close BUT I don't love the typical pronunciation of -er names if you live somewhere with non-rhotic accents - and "Asha" is worse than "Jaspa")

Dylan - nice sound & meaning, but I associate it with 60yo men and 20yo women

Jack - although I don't mind it as a diminutive, it seems too unfinished for a given name

Dylan is much nicer than the others to me. Jasper a much lower second; it's ok. Asher I'm not keen on for some reason and Jack is fine but massively popular which isn't my thing. Dylan is a pleasant sounding name that isn't terribly popular where I live.
