Although I like more unusual names, having one myself I have gone for more classic names for my daughters and this time have short listed Alice or Lucy (I like many others but DH not very imaginative!. But we both quite like Willow, I think it's pretty but the couple of people I mentioned it to thought it was too 'new agey'. I would like some honest opinions so don't worry about hurting my feelings, I can take it

Another Buffy fan here so I too love it -

Willow was lovely and funny and only ever once tried to destroy the world.

Too Buffy. It's a name that should be reserved for cats and hamsters.

Never seen Buffy so was thinking it might do for a middle name. Cos I like cricket.

My Cat is called Willow - nice name but I can only imagine it for a furry friend - but my other cat is Harry and I suppose that is allowed for a boy - so whatever.. none of my beeswax really - I always avoid these threads as a general rule.
