If you have one and only if you're comfortable sharing of course!

Ooh, I’m in the 80’s Louise club too (although it is because my grandad was Louis)

June, I love it. Especially after watching The Handmaid's Tale.

I have two middle names, one is Mortimer, which is a family surname that gets passed down even though the connection to the last person with the Mortimer surname was circa 1750. Used to cringe when anything at school revealed middle names.

A teacher at school ruined Louise as a name for many girls by declaring he thought it should be the name of a laxative (loo ease) rather than a girls name. Thanks Mr Jones. I have never forgotten that.

Leigh. I thought was popular but from reading this it really isn’t 80s baby.

Jane

Born early 70s, and I have a long first name, so it balances well.

My first name is also long although I am usually called by a short form of it. My maiden name was a long one so it seemed to balance when all three names were written in full.

Alison, was expecting it would have popped up already. Very very common 80's first name though. Not Louise!

Louise . I was born same year as Louise brown , first ivf baby , but it was pretty popular in 1970s & 80s .
Anne , Marie, Jane & Louise were pretty much everyone in my primary school !
