If you have one and only if you're comfortable sharing of course!

Louise 🙄1970 and all my friends had Louise as their middle name. Rarely met an actual first name Louise though!

Ooh I am around that time and knew lots of Louises as first and second names, I didn’t realise it went on till the 90s though.

I am surprised I am the only one with two middle names so far

Good lord, how many Louise’s are there?! 😲

Anna Alice here - both family names, one from either side.

Mine is soooo outting as it's a very rare name. But it's unique and although I hated it growing up, I love it now.

My sisters middle names are (80/90s)

Elizabeth
Frida
Louise
Dorothy
Darlene

You have touched a raw nerve here op. 😁 I was born in 1952. I don't have a middle name. My two brothers do have middle names. When I asked my mother why they had middle names but I didn't she said ...and I quote ...I didn't think it was necessary for a girl! , What!! 😱😱 Were my brothers ..and therefore all men ...more important than me 😁 I'm so glad that girls born today have more value than that 😎😀

I’m some sort of anomaly in that I’m 53 and I’m called Lily Grace.

Yep really.

My parents were weirdly ahead of their time and people expect me to be very young and are often shocked when I’m not!

polkadotpixie · 02/06/2025 20:55

Dawn. I’m not a fan tbh (sorry to any Dawns!)

Bucking the trend of the 80’s (slightly!) with Louisa for mine. (It was my Nan and great nans middle names also.)

My daughters have Florence and Ann as theirs.

I know someone called Susan born around the same time and had no middle name too for the exact same reason although everyone else in the family had one, how unfair!
