None of the above. It’s too contrived - give them their own identities.

Liam and Tate are lovely. Not keen on the rest, sorry. Are you deliberately using anagrams (Mila/Liam and Norah/Rohan) because if so it's a bit gimmicky. There are loads of lovely names out there, don't pick something just because it follows a certain trend. Pick it because you truly lovely it.

I like Etta and Tate but I agree with PPs. They're probably going to be called "The Twins" by everyone who knows them anyway so give them individual names. If you're really keen on the anagram idea, keep it for the middle name.

please give them individual names they will spend their life fighting people referring to them as a pair rather than individuals please don't add to it

OP honestly, a big thing in twin parenting is letting them have their own identities. They will do so much together - sharing a womb, a cot at first, likely a childminder or preschool group etc..
Twins are together as children in an incredibly intense way. They really need their own names.

But seriously, pick a name you love, not just one that shoehorns itself into pair of anagrams.

Twins definitely often say how they hated being referred to as one unit... I wouldn't set them up this way. Make sure you nurture their own individual personalities as they will spend so much time together as it is

I like what you’ve done. Not keen on Liam. So I’d discount that sib set. But the other two are great.

I love Norah and Rohan or Mila and Liam. I like the anagram thing - and the names are lovely in their own right too.

Norah and Rohan is my pick for yourv twins.

Tate makes me think of Andrew Tate so I’d avoid that for a start.
