As in the title really!

Mila and Liam, Etta and Tate or Norah and Rohan?

It’s too contrived and too twee - just pick names you like - they aren’t a pair of goldfish

Sorry to piss on your chips but twinny names piss most twins off - they are individuals - give them matchy middle names if you must.

I agree that matchy matchy twinny names are awful, unless you are naming budgies but it would probably be okay as a middle name because nobody is likely to know or notice (unless they choose to tell people), very few people will know both twins’ middle names. It’s quite nice to have a middle name with a family connection, eg being named after a grandparent or your mother’s maiden name, they might think that sharing a name that is an anagram of your twin’s name is a lovely connection, if they think it’s ridiculous, no one need ever know.

Absolutely love the anagrams.

They are not obviously matchy, like same letter/ rhyming names.
It honestly took me a while to figure out they were anagrams.

My favourite is Norah and Rohan - lovely names.
