Who has picked out names for their baby?
Ours are currently :
Linus William (if it's a boy)
Emilia Daisy (if it's a girl)

I do keep changing my mind though!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I don't think so as we just associate it with a little girl. Boys names are so hard for us as well as George was a name I have always liked and I am finding it hard to think of a name I like as much. It's definitely harder naming a second child I think, we would like 4 children in total but at the rate we're going 3 of them will remain nameless!

Snap starlover on the girl's name - we'd picked Emilia for a girl, but we won't be using it (this time round!) as we've been told he's a boy (90% but we definitely saw the boy's bits). He's going to be Samuel, middle names as yet undecided although one of them will probably be Michael.

Apologies for hijacking but can anyone suggest names that could be shortened to anna ? Have only come up with Annabel and Anastacia so far ?

starlover · 12/01/2005 16:06

can only think of annalise, or anais....
why not just go for anna?

I knew someone with a dd called Rhianna.

We were going to have an Annabel if ds was a girl. You dont really hear it ATM as Isabelle is more popular. I like it as it can be shortened to Anna as she gets older.

Anyway we had a Joshua instead.

I think there would be a problem with Phaedra because of the spelling and in cards and things she would get Faydra which would irritate after a while. I am Joanna and get called Joanne all the time so I shortened it to Jo. I have friends called Keren and Siaron and they have probs with the spelling as Siaron is just a posh way of spelling Sharon!!
