I think she looks like a Laura- I always wonder why this name is no longer popular as it’s beautiful!
So I would definitely say Lara is her name. She’s beautiful, congratulations and please update us on your choice!

Your name choice is very much divided isn't it? Both lovely! Call her Lara and if it doesn't feel right when saying it to her then try Lois.
My DD has a family name but if it didn't suit her when I held her i was planning to just call her names I liked until one stuck 😂

Hope you and wee girl are getting lots of lovely cuddles and sleep.

Definitely Lara. I once knew a very lovely Lara. Lois is an old lady name to me. That said, all old ladies were once new babies and it may be due a come back.

@00BonneMaman00 , the name is popular in Wales, and it's usually pronounced Loyce there. It's from the Bible, so is international - it's 'Loyce' in Spain too.

Similarly, Gabriel is Gab-ree-el not Gaib-ree-ul, Eli is Elly not Ee-lie, etc.
