Michael (my version)-Mikey(DH version)
Thomas (my version)-Tommy(DH Version)
Oliver (My version) -Ollie (DH version)

Do you know of any other boys names which do posh/casual please advise if not which of the above goes with Eve & Scarlett????

I like Michael (infact its our 12 wk old's middle name so am biased

I know a few Oliver and Tommys atm, so I think it makes Michael more unusual
