Sasha or Ferne. Penelope is having a "moment" and will date badly, I don't like Ursula.

It's my favourite. 😆 I've always loved the name Ursula, and its meaning.

I don't like Penelope, looks clunky somehow but I do like Penny.

None of the others are particularly my style but all are preferable to Ursula. Sasha is probably my favourite.

I'm not keen on Penelope as a full name but I like the nickname potential of Penny or Nell. It is very popular right now though, by far the most popular on your list. Wouldn't be a problem for me but I always like to point out if a name is popular in case it bothers you and you hadn't realised how popular it is.

Sasha or Ferne for me too.

I'm not keen on Penelope either (though as pp I quite like Penny or Nell as nn's).

Ursula will always be the sea witch from The Little Mermaid for me, so I find it really ugly, sorry!

Ferne - not keen on the spelling. Fern is better

If it wasn't for the Urshula, I'd say Ursula as it seems a strong name.

Ursula reminds me of DH Lawrence: Sons and Lovers & Women in Love. Also the sea witch in The Little Mermaid Disney film.
