Opinions on Chester

We already have a Martha Rose (surname 3 syllables) and I've just had a boy.

My DH likes Chester (it's a family name for him).
So we're thinking Chester James

Other options:
Rowan James
Ralph Anthony
Oscar Anthony/James

What do you think of Chester vs. the other options?

This is my Chester, but I do know a few little boys named Chester - it seems quite popular at the minute.

I like Chester but I also adore that city.

Chester Rohan or Rowan/Rohan Chester.
James Chester
Chester James or Chester Hugh
