Two middle names?

Hi everyone. I’m due a baby girl in 3 weeks and we’ve decided on the name Charlotte. For the middle names I would like two; Matilda May. Matilda as it’s one of my favourites and May as it’s a family name and it means a lot for me to use it.
My DH thinks it’s daft to have two middle names and thinks we should pick one or the other, as it will be difficult for her to fill in forms etc when she’s older (?) Our surname is Wallis.
What are people’s thoughts? Thanks x

My daughter has 2 middle names, if I'm honest I was more on your DH's side and it wouldn't have been my choice to have 2, but we were set on her first and middle names already when DH suggested including his grandmother's name (she died whilst I was pregnant and she was very lovely) and it meant so much to him I couldn't say no.

DD is still a bit too young to have much of an opinion on it, but I figure she can just quietly drop either one or both of the middle names if she wishes, for everything apart from the few forms that do require middle names at least.

I know quite a few children with 2 middle names these days, it's certainly not uncommon.
