Qantas doesn't have a u in it, because it's an acronym. So I would't use that as it will always be misspelt.

Not at all sure how Queefie would accidentally get on to a baby name's list so expect it's a wind up thread and there is no baby anyway.

TBF, @JeandeServiette, Balonz was added to the MN name generator.

It doesn't end in ie/ee but I quite like Quaalude for a girl. Added bonus for the Yooniq spelling.

Queenie is a nickname for any of the Queen names: Ellzabeth, Victoria, Charlotte, Eleanor etc.
Otherwise it's a cake.
Don't saddle your child with something so nonsensical. Choose an actual name.
