So I like the Q sound and I like the “ee” at the end.

So we have:
Queenie
Quincy
Queefie
Quiannee/Quianie

Any others?

Dr Quin, medicine woman has a ring to it.

Omg

Blarn · 18/06/2023 20:11

Surely a wind up!

But if not, Connie. A nice, normal, non fanny fart name.

Oblahbla · 18/06/2023 20:14

Quinquagesima. Quidditch. Quindecillion.

All great names.

Thereoughttobeclowns · 18/06/2023 20:15

I had Quinsy as a child, I certainly wouldn't want to name an offspring after it.

Pretty sure Queefie is a euphemism for fanny farts. What about Quim? You clearly hate this child to be 😂

FernGully43 · 18/06/2023 20:17

I have tears reading the replies about Queefie😆

The Q sound is very similar to the K/C sound, so how about:

Keeley
Kelly
Casey
Kayleigh
Kylie
Connie
Cody
Cassie
Carrie
Kerry
Cobey

This are very different names to Queenie - unless it's another old lady name coming back into fashion I'm unaware of. My neighbour is Queenie - she's in her 90s, and I've known other people with that name who would have been even older (obvs no longer here )

Lentilweaver · 18/06/2023 20:20

This thread😂

FernGully43 · 18/06/2023 20:21

...and I still can't stop silent laughing. I've just made my sleeping 5 month old next to me jump (he's not called Queefie btw)

DuchessOfSausage · 18/06/2023 20:22

Quinine is much better than my suggestions.

watcherintherye · 18/06/2023 20:27

I really like Quilla. I thought I’d made it up, but I see a pp read my mind!

JamMakingWannaBe · 18/06/2023 20:30

Jeanie is probably the closest "normal" name

DuchessOfSausage · 18/06/2023 20:31

@Mtande , Quinina is better because panini is plural

Quarrella
Quantumma
Quadratica
Quadranta
Quannyquart

LadyEloise1 · 18/06/2023 20:31

LulooLemon · 18/06/2023 20:31

Is this thread a wind-up? 🤣

Mtande · 18/06/2023 20:34

You missed a trick there.

coffeedrinkers · 18/06/2023 20:38

I love Queenie. My nans name, she was born in 1925 haven't heard it used anytime recently.
