laila and Leila I’d definitely pronounce ‘lay-la’. Lyla I’d pronounce as you want but I prefer the first two.

The only one that is undisputable is Lyla. The others can all vary

My colleague is Leila, pronounced Ly-la, and people say her name wrong All The Time. They just can't seem to grasp it.
