Here comes my third kid, another girl! I need help narrowing down my short list into a shorter list. I like sort of flowery fancy names. I really want a name that can be shortened, the more the better. I also like names with nice meanings. Pick one or suggest your own:

Crystalina (Crystal - I love crystals (Greek for ice))
Elouisa (Louisa, Ellie, Louise (Old German for famous warrior woman))
Elizabeth (Lizzie, Izzy, Betty, Ellie, Beth, Eliza, Lizziebeth - my mum was called Elizabeth)
Adora (Dora (Means a gift or beloved)
Isadora (Issy, Dora (means gift from Isis in Greek)

Thanks,
Eliode

AHHHH! what about Hazel, Heather, Willow or Fern? I think those names are gorgeous and I am sure I will not have a fourth kid! I prefer the other ones though. Maybe I can name a pet that?

Eloise or Louisa, can’t see the point in a mashup. Same with Lizziebeth. Elizabeth does the trick just as well. Adora will be setting your kid up for a lifetime of naff chat up lines and puns. Chrystalina- stripper name, or maybe the name for Dr Evil’s boat?
Isidora is an elegant and attractive name, imo.

Maybe Rosabel? I need to stop thinking of more names, I already have tons of beautiful ones to choose from. I think I may at last settle for:

Isadora Cristabel Elouisa Elizabeth Hampson. (Hampson as her last name is non changeable)

Then I have my mum's name in there. Elouisa which I have always loved. I have Isadora in there which lots of you said you liked the best and it can be shortened to Adora if I really want to. I also have Christabel. Thanks for suggestioning that! Cristabel could be cristie, crystal (veering off that) and it has 'bel' in it which I am starting to love.

Thanks for all your help! Its one long name but i like it.

best wishes,
Eliode

Do your names fit on passport forms? They are all very long!
