Molly or Nell?

We're having our first baby and the names we have narrowed down are:

Molly Florence
Nell Grace

We're leaning towards Molly as it slightly better fits our surname and we feel it flows better.

So difficult choosing names! We original liked Penelope but my mum poo poo'ed it straight away! 🙈

Nell just doesn't sound like a name - it's a NN. I know a Nell and I can't help feeling like her name is just a 'sound'. It's fine if it's short for something but it's incomplete and informal feeling as a full name.
