Thoughts on Elisabetta?

Love Lili, one of my favourites but doesn't go with our surname! I know another Elizabeth who is Lily, I don't think it's a common shortening for Elizabeth but I don't see why it can't be.

If the child is half Italian, fine. If you’re half Italian, and she’s a quarter Italian, it is a very tenuous link. I am a quarter something, and it would be forced for me to have a foreign name.
