Cyril. Opinions please!

Expecting baby boy number 2. We both like the name Cyril. But I am a little worried that my hormones are playing a part.
Brothers name is John.

My mum knew someone with that awful name and he hated it so much he eventually had to change it - to Cecil!! 🤷‍♀️ 😂

Cyril is not the worse but I don't think it goes with John.

With John I'd be tempted to go with another biblical name, Luke, Peter, David, Samuel, Matthew, Joseph.

I'm not keen on Mark thought because of the other use of mark like a dirty mark.

Cyril is desperately awful. One of the worst names a boy could be given. I'm glad you've removed it from the list.

Nicholas is a great name. One no one would ever be embarrassed to be called.

Absolutely HATE that name. Mainly because it reminds me of a perverse 89 year old man that I once knew. He was also called squirrel by most people. Awful name
