What name would suit this character?

I’m writing a manuscript but I’m struggling to name the main character.

She’s in her late 30s. Working class, British. Ruthless, but for the greater good, beautiful, clever. I’d like something feminine but hard sounding, if that makes sense.

Any ideas?

Ok I'm late thirties and from a very working class background, girls I went to school with were;
Sam/Samantha
Laura
Louise
Emma
Michelle/Shell
Rebecca/Becky
Deanna
Claire/Clare
Leanne
Victoria/more often known as Vicky
Gemma
Sarah
The odd Christie/Kirsty

Almost all names were shortened even Gemmas were Gem, Emma, Em, Leanne, Lee, Sarah, Sare(?) etc in general conversation

Anyone at my school called Farrah, Francesca, Georgina, Harriet or Aurora(!) would've stuck out like a sore thumb.
It's also tickles me that those names represent MNers perceptions of standard working class names.

Rachel
Rebecca / Becky
Samantha / Sam

Jo is a good shout.

Or Vicky or Becky or Carla.
