You have to name a child from the first five names in whatever publication you last read, book, magazine, newspaper, whatever. What are your options? I have:

Joe
Vladimir
Noah
Elizabeth
Valérie

@Xanorra

Dick Madge William Joey Grizel
Given how obsessive the entire Chalet School world is about baby names, and EBD’s liking for fanciful names, I’m always surprised no one ever hints that Grizel is the worst name in the 52 books. And I’m including Eustacia, Cornelia AND whatever Polly Heriot’s real name was — Hildegard Maria Sophonsiba? Grin

My five are Ashby, Artis, Jenks, Rosemary, and Sissix.

Hardy did wonderful names. Like Eldridge Swancourt and Lucetta Templeman. And Swithin St Cleeve. Grin
