Boys name or girls name?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Could go either way really - I've known about the same amount of both - but definitely belongs on a dog.

Quizeerascal · 14/11/2020 13:40

Technically either but I would assume girl

Pieceofpurplesky · 14/11/2020 13:45

Have taught two boys with the name

Changethetoner · 14/11/2020 20:53

boy, he's a teenager now.

emilybrontescorsett · 14/11/2020 21:36

Boy

Macblondie · 14/11/2020 22:59

I know both a boy and a girl with this name. They both spell it Bayley though. Smile

DiddlySquatty · 14/11/2020 23:11

I know a 5yo boy one

Chimbleys · 14/11/2020 23:16

The one I know is a collie.

percheron67 · 14/11/2020 23:20

Tia Maria" Port? Southern Comfort? In case you have more than one.....

Kanaloa · 15/11/2020 00:06

Either, I think. I have known girls and boys named Bailey.

jennie0412 · 15/11/2020 00:08

Girl dog name, boy human name Smile

Hailtomyteeth · 15/11/2020 00:24

Is anyone rough enough to call their dog 'Bailey'? Sounds terrible.

Bailey for a girl - also terrible unless she is American, because there it would fit in with other surname names.

But Bailey for a boy, I like. Especially if it is a family surname.

My first thought was 'Too much Irish Cream, eh?'

AlwaysLatte · 15/11/2020 00:31

TBH, being both a surname and a sickly sweet drink I'd say neither! What about Barney?

AlwaysLatte · 15/11/2020 00:33

Oh sorry you're not asking what people think of it Blush
If I didn't know I would assume it was a girl's name.

caringcarer · 15/11/2020 00:49

I know a boy called Bailey.

EbbaDay · 15/11/2020 01:14

Both, but I prefer it (and really like it) for a boy

MercyBodle · 15/11/2020 07:59

A unisex name, so both.

PolarnOPirate · 15/11/2020 08:09

I know a girl Bailey. Thinking of grown ups, I think it would suit a woman better than a man. Like a big burley man being called Shirley or Beverley.

Wowcherarestalkingme · 15/11/2020 08:14

I’ve taught a boy and a girl Bailey and they both suited it

whattodo2019 · 15/11/2020 09:12

horrid name.
more suited to a dog
