Which one? Middle name likely Ann (family name).

Vivienne.

I don't feel that Ann flows after Sienna or Vivienne - tricky to say.

Sienna is a really popular name right now, I think it's lost it's shine. Gabriella is nice but I really don't like Gaby.

Vivienne is my favourite but you might need to rethink the middle name.

Or middle name Danielle (also family name)

Love Vivienne, was on our lists. Gabriella is pretty but as pp said, I don’t love Gaby/Gabi and Sienna isn’t for me.

I'm a serial poster on the names board atm I'm just having a really tricky time with this baby. It's my first girl. I had a few girl names I always thought I would use and have totally gone off them now. Husband prefers Sienna, I like Gabriella, we both like Vivienne.

Sienna Ann seems hard to say to me but the thing is the middle name doesn't really matter. Virtually no one will ever say the middle name so don't pick the first name based on the middle name.

If you both like Vivienne go for that and then just choose whichever middle you prefer.

Sienna is really popular now. Gabriella will get shortened to Gabby so as long as you're fine with that. And Vivienne will become Viv.

Yes the middle name is just for formality. We've used a family name for the other three so wanted to do the same here.

Husband likes Sienna Heather.

I love Sienna and Gabriella...Sienna is ridiculously popular at the moment and often seen as downmarket on these boards. If you don't like Gabby, you could have nn Ella.

People saying Sienna is ridiculously popular. Really? It's number 26 so not that popular in my opinion.

My choice would be Sienna and then Gabriella. Not a big fan of Vivienne, I find it really ugly whereas your other choices are gorgeous.

If you dislike Gabby that much then Gabriella is a definite no.

I love Sienna and certainly don't think it's downmarket! Vivienne is ok but not to my taste.

I should add that I don't think Ann sounds right with any of the names. It makes them a right mouthful. Although the first and middle name won't be said together on a daily basis, it's still fairly important that they flow nicely.

Gabriella is absolutely beautiful.

I agree with others if you dislike Gabby then don't call her Gabriella.

Gabriella is lovely and goes best with Ann. Vivienne is nice enough but clashes a bit with the middle name. Sienna is really trendy and not my taste, sorry.

Sienna Ann and Vivienne Ann don't flow as well as Gabriella Ann but with that said most people won't know her by her middle name so I'd just go with whichever is your fave. I think mine is Sienna.

Ok. Throwing this in because although it isn't on your list it is less popular and goes well with your middle names : Veronica.

I have a Sienna, it’s more popular than I would of liked but I haven’t actually met any others yet. I actually like Sienna Ann. Good luck.
