I chose Matilda as a sister name for my Tabitha, but Delilah is also nice.

I know two Tabitha’s. One’s sister is Penelope/ Penny and the other has two sisters, Juniper and Elodie.

I have a tabitha, sister Beatrix. Or tabby and bee for short.

Another one for Tallulah. Delilah is becoming very popular in recent years where I live in South East although I think it's lovely. My friend has a granddaughter Delilah who has a sister named Queenie which I didn't live at first but it's really grown on me!

Of your list, I like Eliza or Genevieve best.

But I think Susanna(h) nn Susie goes beautifully with Tabitha.
