Which name for our baby girl!

We've had a gender scan on Saturday and it was confirmed bump is a girl. We have 3 names we like but we really can't choose.
The choices are;
Eleanor
Lucy
Penelope.

Thoughts please. Thank you

Lucy, it’s pretty and timeless.
I’m not a fan of long names like the other 2.

They're all lovely.

Eleanor is nicest imo and has the best nickname options.

Eleanor is my favourite girls name ever, so I'd go for that. I think it's elegant, timeless and I like Ellie as a nn.

Out of the other 2, I like Lucy but not keen on Penelope.

I really like Lucy and Penelope. The problem with Eleanor is that Ellie is super popular (if that bothers you).

If it helps my other children have a mix of 2 and 3 syllable names.

Eleanor as there are so many variants that can be used too for short (unless you don't want her name shortening)
Ellie
Ella
Nelly
Nora

Lucy. All are ok, but Penelope will be Pen or Penny. I'm not that keen on Eleanor as there are so many vowelly names around.

I like Lucy. I’m a fan of a simple name and I think Lucy is really pretty.

Lucy is my favourite - so simple, classic and pretty. I don't love Eleanor but think Ellie and Nora are very nice nicknames. Not a fan of Penelope I'm afraid.

I really don’t like Eleanor! I find it so dull, boring nothing at all interesting or feminine. I like Lucy best then Penelope.

All are lovely names, but Eleanor is my favourite.

I dislike Eleanor. Also it just blends in with all the other Ellie's, Eloise, Ella's ect.

Penelope would definitely be my choice, with Nell as a nickname.
