Lucy, then Sophie (I like the English spelling Sophy but it's rarely used).
Not Phoebe - it's had its moment for now.

Sophie is a really pretty and sophisticated name.
There are lots of Sophia's around and Sophie is a nice alternative.
Pheobe always reminds me of Friends.

Sophie is perfect but popular.
Lucy is uncommon these days and has a wonderful meaning. How about Lucy Sophie?

My favourite is phoebe then sophie then lucy

All nice. I especially like Lucy, it reminds me of Lucy Pevensie and seems like a really sweet name. Sophie is nice as well. I'm not as keen on Phoebe, I like it written down but I don't love the sound of it.
