We are sorted for a boys name, but struggling to agree on a girls name.

Opinions on these 3?

Thanks Smile

Lucy is nice.

Beamur · 19/10/2020 21:46

Not Phoebe
Lucy or Sophie (how about Sophia?)

pinkpanther84 · 19/10/2020 21:47

Lucy

Adore Phoebe - shining moon

MegaBloxRoxx · 19/10/2020 21:49

Sophia is nice, but there seem to be loads of Sophia/Sofias about. I don't know any young Sophies.

Sophie

Merename · 19/10/2020 21:58

Phoebe for me a million percent, I know one phoebe and literally about 10 Lucys and Sophies each. I’m sorry, but for me both those names are dull and insipid, but I guess I am in a minority as they are so popular! Love Rory and Finn tho.

Awrite · 19/10/2020 21:59

Lucy

confusedpombear · 19/10/2020 22:09

Sophie

Inkpaperstars · 19/10/2020 22:15

I really like the name Sophie, but I think it is more overused than Lucy at the moment. Lucy is the most classic, timeless choice I think.

Smellbellina · 19/10/2020 22:16

Lucy

coronabeer · 19/10/2020 22:20

Lucy, then Sophie then Phoebe.

savagebaggagemaster · 19/10/2020 22:22

Lucy- like the light. A beautiful name that doesn't age. Smile

Wotsitone · 19/10/2020 22:36

Lucy

Creamteafatty · 19/10/2020 23:08

Sophie or Lucy.

Both Sophie and Lucy are timeless classics and belong with names like Alice, Charlotte, Eleanor, Jane, Anna, Rose.

Phoebe is fab too Smile

jessstan1 · 19/10/2020 23:13

They are all good names, all have an 'ee' sound at the end. I noticed your son is Rory which also has 'ee' sound - why not choose a name without that?

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 20/10/2020 00:13

Lucy

dottiedaisee · 20/10/2020 00:17

Phoebe. If my son had been a girl 20 years ago he would have definitely been calling Phoebe ...it’s a pretty, timeless name.

Heh1991 · 20/10/2020 00:33

I like all three but would choose Phoebe as I think it’s slightly more unusual. Certainly for where I’m from! X

Moo31 · 20/10/2020 00:44

I have a Finn.

Lucy and Sophie were on my girls list. Also on the list were Alice, Emma, Katie, Erin, Melissa, Ivy (and too many others!)

Moo31 · 20/10/2020 00:45

So Lucy or Sophie for me -

Rory and Lucy
Rory and Sophie

Both sound nice together :)

AlwaysLatte · 20/10/2020 00:46

Phoebe sounds like freebie so I've never liked it. Love Sophie, it's definitely due a come back.

bubblebubblebubbletrouble · 20/10/2020 00:46

I like them all have a 5 year old Sophie who's in a class full of Sophia's/Sofia's but also know a Phoebe & a Lucy under 3
I wouldn't choose Phoebe because I think it is misspelt too often and that would annoy me.

AlwaysLatte · 20/10/2020 00:47

And Lucy is lovely too

MercyBodle · 20/10/2020 00:51

That's a tough one as they are all great names. And equally good with the brother's name. I'd edge towards Lucy, but really, any of them would be lovely.
