None. I don't like the name, prefer Luke but both names come from the Latin 'Lucas'. Quite like Lucas actually. 'Luca' makes me think of 'lucre'.

One of my DDs had two in her class, the other had a Luke and two boys named Lucas. They're all at secondary school now but it seemed like popular choice for families where one parent is Spanish, Italian or Polish. Often with a sister named Mia.
