Alice, Emily or Rosie?
Just that really, which would you choose?

You could think about Rose on birth certificate and Rosie for use day to day. Register her at nursery as Rosie but she'd have Rose as an option too if you're worried about twee or dogs (I wouldn't be though - I love the name Rosie)

Rosie as every other baby girl I know these days is called Alice!

But I agree, a shortening for something like Rosamund, Rosalee or even Rosemary
