Is Imogen that bad?

I think Imogen is a beautiful name and it's top of the list if we have a girl (i'm due in March). But why do so many dislike it? It's making me want to take it off the list!

I don't like it. Just the sound of the three syllables, it doesn't sound nice.

I don't mind it Imogen. I know two though and both get called Immy which I don't like.

I also start singing 'Imagine' by John Lennon every time I hear it too but that's probably just me...!!!!

I personally like it but wouldn’t use it coz it sound a bit like Imagine.

My friends called their baby girl Imogen, I really like it! I did tell them that I imagine her to be a strong business woman with big ambitions! So I guess it does give you an impression of a person, but then doesn’t every name 🤷🏼‍♀️ I really love it OP.

I love it. DS2 would have been an Imogen had he been a girl.
