Tova or Eira?

After searching through every baby book and website we have narrowed it girl names down to either Tova or Eira. We also like Millie but can’t find a full name we like (I don’t like nn as full names).
What do people think of Tova and Eira and any suggestions for Millie that aren’t the obvious Mildred, Millicent etc.

I know one Eira, age 4. It's a lovely name.
Millie is also nice but I feel like every other girl here is a Millie/Molly/Amelie/Amelia/Emilia type name.

@AudaCityLimits Thank you! It's short for Eirianwen, which causes even more pronunciation problems!

Eira is lovely, I know of one in my DS’s year at school.

Millie is just boring and overused, every other girl is called Millie.
