Thanks for all your help. We have finally agreed on our top three names...

Girl names:
Clara Carter
Claudia Carter
Felicity Carter

Boy names:
Felix Carter
Edward Carter
Fabian Carter

(Yes Casper has gone 😩 DH didn't love)

Please could you pick your favourite names/order them from favourite to least favourite.

We are now thinking of not using a middle name, because who uses them anyway and the alliteration names definitely don't need to be broken up 😍

Out of the girls name my favourite is Felicity. I am not keen on any of the boys names sorry but would choose Fabian if I had to pick one. I instantly think of Felix the cat when I see Felix.

Clara Carter - love. Wow what a cool name
Claudia Carter - dislike meaning of Claudia and Claude. Just not quite as nice sounding as Clara Carter anyway. Doesn't have the same ring to it.
Felicity Carter - really great and if there wasn't alliteration I'd maybe vote felicity but Clara gets my vote. I think you'd regret not using Clara Carter as those two names just sound like they were made to be used together.

Boy names:
Felix Carter - love
Edward Carter - love
Fabian Carter dislike

Clara is my favourite girls name but it sounds ridiculous with the surname, so I'd go with Felicity.

I like Edward and Fabian, but not Felix.

Claudia. Clara doesn’t sound right with the surname. It’s a bit nothingy. Felicity is fine.
Any of the boys’ names. Probably Edward.

Love Edward in its entirety. No contrived nn. Don't like the other boys names at all. Fabian is too effeminate to my ears.

I like Clara and Edward (don't like Ted or Teddy though if you're thinking of this route). I am not so keen on the other names but Clara and Edward are lovely.

Love the alliteration of Claudia Carter but prefer Felicity as a name. Clara Carter is somehow too much alliteration for me (also I hate the name, sorry).

For a boy, Felix.

I don’t like the alliteration or the repetition of the ‘ar’ sound. I do love Felicity.

I prefer Felicity and Felix - I know it's not ideal two siblings having the same initials because of mail but I don't think that would be a reason not to give them those names if you wanted them.
