Clementine - all the questions!

We're expecting our first little girl and quite keen on the name Clementine but wondering about a few things...

Pronunciation - would you pronounce it Clementyne or teen?

Nicknames? Which are best?

Middle names - really struggling with middle names that flow nicely.

Any help appreciated! X

Clementine is GORGEOUS. If I didn't have to have an italian name I'd absolutely nick it 😂

I'd pronounce it Clemen-Tyne I think, which is different to how I say the fruit, but I think if I met someone with the name I'd ask which they prefer. Both ways are very pretty!

P.S. personally I think it's way more interesting than your other choices which I think are all more common at the moment and they might end up being known along with their surname...

@LoveSunshine01 Thanks, I agree, definitely more interesting than my other choices which are what I'd consider to be safer and more mainstream.

I think the pronunciation thing seems to be personal preference going on the varied responses...not sure which way I prefer, guess I should figure that out! 🤣

Interestingly it seems people pronounce Clementine the fruit differently too...oh the confusion! 🤷🏻‍♀️
