Piper

My DH and I are struggling to come up with girls names. My DH does not want a name that is too poplar we had settled on Martha, but we recently know if a couple of newborn Martha's. DH has suggested Piper, what do people think?

Piper reminds me of old men smoking...

Martha is dreadful and reminds me of an understairs maid...

I know a Piper and at the time she was born thought it would grow on me but it never did. The parents call her Pipes which is just awful. I think it is really unfeminine and as pp have said is very American and quite fashionable. Sorry not a fan - Martha all the way.
