I love Miriam personally. But doesn’t fit us as a family sadly.

Anna - beautiful name, good example

I also really like Ruth, Mary, Phoebe, Hannah and Tabitha for the same reasons.

I like the name Naomi but was put off by the biblical character!

FriedasCarLoad · 25/04/2020 07:18

Oh, and Elizabeth - one of my favourite names.

FakeFraudSquad · 25/04/2020 07:18

Hannah, Lydia, Ruth, Elizabeth, Tamar, Bethany, Martha, Esther, Talitha.

Then you have all the virtue names that are in the bible; Patience, Hope, Charity etc

My friend is called Magdalene!

I know a little girl called Vashti.

Of the others I tend to like the ones not considered traditionally virtuous! Sapphira, Eve, Orpah, etc...

I also like Phoebe, Rachel, Ruth, Martha, Abigail, Hannah, Keziah, Hephzibah...

If you want leftfield, how about Kerenhappuch or Abishag??
