Innes or Hamish?

Hi everyone.
We have just had a super cute baby boy and we are trying to settle on his name. Our final 2 choices are Innes and Hamish. We have a 1 syllable surname (not going to share in case it is outing) and are Scottish living in Scotland

Any views would be much appreciated!

Hey. We really love Innes but we are going to go for Hamish. Had a terrible night ans day feeeding yesterday and Hamish came more naturally when talking to him..either to calm him down, or more likely in a wail of desperation from me!
