Hi, I've recently found out I'm having triplets; two girls and one boy. DP and I are over the moon, and have been writing baby names. We are currently disagreeing about a few, please express your opinions!

We Agree on:

Penelope
Persephone
Ariadne

DP Likes:
Elise
Jennifer
Elouise
Damien
Clarke

I Like:
Madeline
Elle
Josephine
Michael

Oops, I accidentally wrote Alexander as an option. My other son is actually called Alec, so I have no idea why I wrote that!

From the list of names that your DP and you agree on, I like:
Clementine
Penelope
Persephone
Ariadne
James
Thomas
Alex

I think Clementine, Persephone and Alexander go well together.

I'd go for

Madeline
Elouise
Thomas

Like Clementine and Ariadne, also like your eldest boy's name but feel boys names on your 'agree' list are more for want of a better word 'mainstream' and not as interesting.

I would go for Clementine, Penelope and Alex(although I think I’d also use Alexander!)

As nicknames for Clementine, Penelope and Alexander, Use some of the others as middle names

But if you want other options:

Xander (much nicer than Alex)

Congratulations! I’d name them Felicity, Jennifer and James.

(I’ve used 2 out of these three for my own DC and the third was one of my favourites but vetoed by DP)

& either
Alexander (nn Alex)
Thomas (either nn Tommy or no nn at all)

In Scotland Doddie is a boys name a diminutive form of George!

I like Penelope (Nelly), Madeline (Maddie), and James.
