What do you think of this name for a boy

Kace for a boy? Pronounced Case. I'm worried it's a bit too trendy and chav but really like it.

Other options are;

Theo
Ashton
Asher
Tristan

But I'm just not feeling them as much especially as it will get shortened to Ash. Also Theo a bit popular at the moment.

Thoughts please?

It's a no from me. My first thought was it was pronounced Kacey, like the girls name.

Thanks! Any thoughts on the other names? It so hard I have a long list of girls names but jo bloody boys and don't want to wait until the time and end up stressing out!

I'm not keen on Chase or Jace at all, who'd have thought naming a baby would be so bloody difficult!

Theo is nice but there are a lot of them about, and I think it will date fast.

Tristan isn't one I'd use but it's ok.

Ashton and Asher are really not great.

I personally don't like it at all. I love Tristan and Asher, Theo is a great name too, it's not over popular.

Casey is a boys name more often than a girls, and certainly not one to be picked on!

Not keen on Kace as a name in it's own right though.

Love Tristan, like Theo and Asher as well.

The only Casey I know is Casey Affleck who I'm pretty sure is accused of sexual harassment.

Casey is a boy name, I have a nephew Ashton who's in his 20's I like that name. Ashton Kutcher was partner to Demi Moore for a while.
Casey Jones the train driver it was on TV in the 70's

Theo and Tristan not so much.

I really like Theo. Don’t actually know any in my children’s schools

Other names - fine. You don’t hear many Tristans around.

I like Tristan, and Casey, but not Kase.

I have a Theo and I love it. It means gift from God.
Asher is lovely too. It’s biblical and I think it means ‘he laughs’.

Lace is not a name I’d choose.
