My dh is one of those men with strong opinions but no suggestions when it comes to baby names!
So far when throwing suggestions at him, short ones with o and e seem to be doing best ie he likes Zoe (I’m not sure), Chloe (I think it’s a little too common) and Cleo (we both like this one). Anything else we might like? About the only other one I have on the list is Layla/Leila which I’m going to try to persuade him on again.
Names with French origin would be preferred but far from essential!
Thank you!

May/Mae, Grace and Rose are names I think of to describe ‘short and sweet’. All are common middle names but less common as first names.

I have a Zoë and a Layla :) both lovely names in my opinion :) Zoë has always been the only Zoë in her entire school although she’s 16 now.
