Just love this for baby girl. Don’t know what I’m having... 35 weeks today. Boy’s name sorted. Thoughts?

Senna Rose is my favourite.

Be honest but not too brutal!

I love the name Sienna, would that be a possible contender?

pikapikachu · 29/08/2019 18:10

Not Senna- she will have poo jokes for life.

So many better names out there like Hannah, Anna, Seren, Serena.. lots of longer names end with the Anna sound if it's a nickname that you'd go for.

Yes Sennakot came to mind.

I like. Shona though

verticality · 29/08/2019 18:11

I think of two things - Senokot laxatives and Ayrton Senna. Sorry! Sienna is much nicer.

Yeahnahyeah1 · 29/08/2019 18:12

Serena, Seraphina and Selina spring to mind as similar

Serena is nice & id have thought less popular than Sienna? And very similar?

ThomasinaandSeptimus · 29/08/2019 18:30

What about Ciela (derived from Spanish for sky, cielo)

AverageMummy · 29/08/2019 18:33

Tablets to make you poo no sorry OP!
Serena is unusual and pretty ?

Frith2013 · 29/08/2019 20:01

Surely this is a wind up?

Ex-lax for a middle name.

percheron67 · 29/08/2019 20:08

Senna pods.

DoctorTwo · 29/08/2019 21:00

There's a young man called Senna Proctor who drives in the support races at the BTCC. Another is called Lando. I think Senna is a perfectly acceptable name for a child.

joystir59 · 29/08/2019 21:03

How about Enema? Bulimia? Eva-cuation? Bowel? Colon? Ex-Lax?

KatherineJaneway · 29/08/2019 21:04

I'd think Ayrton or you were a Hunger Games fan and meant Cinna.

chickenoodlesoup · 29/08/2019 21:06

I really like Serena and Cassia

TheJoxter · 29/08/2019 21:16

I used to know a girl called Sennen, sounds very similar

Laska2Meryls · 29/08/2019 21:16

My Danish niece is Sanne - pronounced Sanna
How about that instead?

Wavescrashingonthebeach · 29/08/2019 21:21

Cassia is a type of cinnamon isnt it? I get it in my chinese herbal soup mixes. Ive got a feeling thats got a laxative action too sorry 🙈. At least you will have a funny story to tell her. I nearly named you after a laxative 😂.
What about Cassie or Casey?

Wavescrashingonthebeach · 29/08/2019 21:22

Serena is lovely. Either pronunciation.
Se-REH-na or Se-REE-na.
I worked with an Italian lady who pronounced it the first way and i loved how it sounded.

Lobsterquadrille2 · 29/08/2019 21:27

Serena is lovely - or Silvia. How about Xanthe?

Sophronia · 29/08/2019 21:28

How about Sennen instead, like the beach/village in Cornwall? Or Senara, a Cornish saint’s name?
