Were you caught out? Or waiting to see how it pans out?!

OP posts:

I think there is someone at your work or at your dc school who you don't like very much and her dd is called Khalessi and you are really hoping she feels like a twat now. You can't ask her as you aren't friends.

People who have called their dc Khalessi won't be thinking about it now half as much as you clearly are. It's their child's name now. It's more associated with their child than it it with the original source of the name.

Nobody has answered your question because none of us have called our children Khaleesi......

You seem to think that all GoT fans are obsessed to the point it infiltrates our entire lives. It's really all or nothing with you....there is no middle ground.

Has you DH asked if he call you Khaleesi in bed or something? Your obsession is a tad bizarre.

I don’t understand why this thread is still going on given OP’s immediate name change fail. She’s just trying to wind people up.

Proseccofuelled · 22/05/2019 08:12

No one answered your Q but you haven’t answered anyone else’s questions: WHY DO YOU CARE SO MUCH?! Grin

Also I think waiting a decade for a programme to complete before committing to a name would be difficult to maintain

Proseccofuelled · 22/05/2019 08:12

Name change ?

Jinglejanglefish · 22/05/2019 08:16

How do you know what she did if you don't watch it?

DownWithThisSortOfThin · 22/05/2019 08:17

I called my furbaby Khaleesi and she has always been a psycho. The signs were there all along. She's so pretty to look at though Smile

My other furbaby is also names after a 'good turned bad' character. I've only just realised that. We obviously have a knack for it.

Yes, I suppose all those 70s mothers who named their boys Gary after Gary Glitter should just have waited.

SquishySquirmy · 22/05/2019 08:23

I do regret calling my daughter Khaleesi, yes.
But not as much as I regret calling my son Night King. If I'd known he'd turn out to be wrong 'un I would have picked something else! Maybe Ghengis?

agirlhasnonameX · 22/05/2019 08:27

But not as much as I regret calling my son Night King.
😂😂😂😂 pmsl

At least no one has a little baby Joffrey though.

Oh, this is the same poster as the GOT is disgusting thread? [eyeroll emoji] [get a life emoji]

No one was immolated (immolised?) by Khaleesi; Daenerys has long since lost that title.

You say (to anyone who engages with you and of whose level of interest or investment in GOT you have not one clue) I find your investment in the soft-porn, gore and blood-fest that is GoT - a bit disturbing and (on the other thread) you’d hate to sit on a bus with anyone who watched it.
But sharing your life and a bed with someone who does, hey that’s OK! [FFS emoji]
