Any ideas?

Possibly scandinavian/viking sounding names would be good? I like Erik but DH vetoed it :(

We were set on Max but then my best friend used it.

I have a Magnus and it's definitely marmite. But he likes it.

newroundhere · 27/03/2019 18:54

We have a Torben, which I think fits the bill OP (although I'm quite clearly biased Wink)

TheDeathOfPop · 27/03/2019 18:56

Is Wolfgang too German? I mean, Otto is acceptable but Wolfgang is not? Or just too Mozarty?

I also like Isambard and kind of weird old stuff like that.

I love Lars! There's something so cool about it! Our surname begins with S so it didn't work for us.

Is Wolfram too crazy? Crazier or less crazy than Wolfgang? Hormones may be taking over

So far I like Magnus, Max, Otto, Erik, Odin, Olaf, Axel....

Oh god, Isambard is a brilliant name, OP. Go for it!

I also second Angus; that's a great name.

Or call him Reg. That's my dad's name, and it must be about due for a comeback. I think it sounds strong!

@Tiramisu1 never met anyone else with a Quentin before 🤣

EngagedAgain · 28/03/2019 07:33

Definitely not Wolfgang or the other similar one. Out of all the others mentioned I'd say Neal, the other pp spelt Neil, but I think Neal is more modern. I don't see why you can't call him Max. In the long term the boys will go there separate ways to some extent I expect.
