What do you think about the name Barnaby?

What sort of person do you think of? Would you judge the name? What sort of assumptions would you make?

Thanks for the replies everyone. I love the name and nn would be Barney. I don't mind the posh connotations but as pp said find mumsnet obsession with class a bit odd

Having said that I do like it, but would be singing that all the time.

I think of Barnaby the bear .. who I loved ... but unfortunately Barney the dinosaur .. who I can't stand !!

Sounds very posh to me but I still love it

I've got a Barnaby who is now 21. He normally goes by Barney. It is a cracking name for a baby,toddler, little chap, teen or adult. He lives it and so do we! Btw we are not posh!
