Saw film with leading character with this name (A Star Is Born).
Really liked the name. What do you think?

It sounds like a surname. Not keen.

SweetAsSpice · 01/03/2019 21:52

Literally means son of Jack. Just feels wrong. No.

FrozenMargarita17 · 01/03/2019 21:54

I like it. Also, Jackson Avery 😍

Quietplace19 · 01/03/2019 21:56

Not nice really dislike it

Tatapie · 01/03/2019 22:00

Sorry have to agree with the Michael comments

OrigamiZoo · 01/03/2019 22:02

No, just no, it's the wrong time for that name

Barbarafromblackpool · 01/03/2019 22:06

Horrid.

heartoftheocean · 03/03/2019 14:35

If I used I would definitely spell as Jackson as per my original post. No alternative spellings.
Its been interesting reading the comments as they've been mostly negative. My older son has a name that I've seen alot of negatives comments about on here too. Hmmm..... decisions decisions.

I don't like it personally. Surname and a bit 'common'.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 03/03/2019 14:39

Naughty boys name, sorry.

SemperIdem · 03/03/2019 17:39

I think it is a nice name, but one of those that sounds and wears better on an American than a Brit.

Amibeingnaive · 03/03/2019 17:43

It was my maiden name and I can't be doing with double barrelled names, so I gave it to DS as a middle name.
