Imogen is beautiful, Romilly is really nice and more unusual.

Don't know about Ottilie really, I mean it is unusual and a real name and definitely feminine, but I just don't like the sound of it to be honest, I don't find it that attractive.

Bryher I have never heard of, but it sounds surnamey, even if it isn't a surname, and not particularly attractive.

Foraminutethere · 19/01/2019 22:54

Ottilie faddy and naff. I heard of someone who spelt it otterley, which is even worse.

Romily is pretty. Imogen is very chav where I live and ten a penny.

Clementine also faddy. I like alba but I'm sure someone else has already referenced the cheap electronics.

Bryher is lovely and I know one and remember thinking how lovely! When I saw her name.

starkid · 20/01/2019 09:49

From your new top 3 I like Romily Bryher. Really like Lowenna though :)

nocluenoidea · 20/01/2019 10:24

Romily Rose

MadeInCornwallx3 · 20/01/2019 12:36

Thank you!

I haven't ruled anything out. Also kind of like Georgiana, Nn Georgie.

It's so hard haha. I'm hoping when she's here I'll just 'know' 🤞.

Leaning towards Romily Bryher but changing my mind daily!

Right - I think we're down to:

Ottilie
Romilly

Middle name Bryher.

What do people prefer? Sister is Matilda and brother Albie.

Thanks 😊

I much prefer Romilly. I think it's beautiful

brizzlemint · 15/04/2019 00:24

Romily Bryher (I thought it must be because of the Isles of Scilly)

OopsOhNoZHM · 15/04/2019 00:24

Ottilie Rose! Love it 😍 I have to have rhythm in a name so the more syllables in the first name, I look for less in the middle name. Rolls off the tongue better. If you need more help, try the ‘you’re really in trouble’ test 😂 try shouting the various name combinations 👌🏻

LMDC · 15/04/2019 00:36

I like both Ottilie and Romily but I do think that Romily Bryher would sounds better with Matilda. It's nice that you have the connection with Bryher and Romily is such a pretty yet uncommon name Smile

From your original list I would've said Romily Rose, until I seen the meaning of Lowenna & then I would've said Romily Lowenna.

If you like unusual names, then I would definitely steer away from both Gerogiana/Georgie and Imogen.

Good luck!

LittleMissMummaBear · 15/04/2019 09:50

I like Romily Rose the best!! x

TatianaLarina · 15/04/2019 09:59

Romilly Bryher

birdgal4848 · 15/04/2019 22:19

Ottilie Alba...love it :-)

CarriMarie · 15/04/2019 23:04

Romilly Bryher

MadeInCornwallx3 · 16/04/2019 12:41

Do we think Romilly with one 'l' or two?

I'm considering one 'l' as really want to avoid 'milly ' as nickname.

It's a lovely name it's just it's what one of my best friends calls her privates 😂😂

Romilly

17caterpillars1mouse · 17/04/2019 09:14

I like Ottilie it is really pretty though maybe a bit of the moment. Rose is done to death as a middle name as is Elizabeth so I would go with Ottilie Alba. Other suggestions Ottilie Rosa or Ottilie Bethan

Not a fan of Romilly. I do like Lowenna though

Imogen Alba - Imogen is a nice classic

I dislike Bryher (especially the h in the middle) but Bryher Clementine is the nicer of the two as Clementine is more unexpected

starkid · 17/04/2019 17:10

Romily with one l I think, especially if wanting to avoid Milly :)

lordofthefries · 17/04/2019 17:11

Ottilie Elizabeth

TatianaLarina · 17/04/2019 17:37

I like the nn Romy.

MadeInCornwallx3 · 22/04/2019 12:01

Thank you.

I still can't decide 😂 .

I'm leaning one way (Romilly) DH the other (Ottilie).

Nightmare haha

Ottilie Rose - I don't like Ottilie.
Ottilie Elizabeth
Ottilie Alba - It's difficult to say - The Ls are too close.

Romily Rose - I don't like Romily or Romilly.
Romily Bryher
Romily Lowenna
Romily Elizabeth

Imogen Bryher
Imogen Alba

Bryher Clementine
Bryher Elizabeth

I'd go with Lowenna Bryher or Elizabeth Bryher.

Bumblebeesmum · 22/04/2019 12:11

I don’t like Bryher at all
I love every single suggestion that doesn’t include that Grin

Bumblebeesmum · 22/04/2019 12:12

Love Ottilie and Romilly

outpinked · 22/04/2019 12:27

I’m with most people on the post, Ottilie and Romily are the best. I like Elizabeth as a middle name. I think Romily is the nicest, I’ve always loved the NN Romy.
