Raya is a gorgeous name! Definitely my favourite of the spellings you’ve listed - really understated and elegant.

I live in the Middle East and I know a Raya.

I also know lots of families from various cultures where it’s quite common to ‘match’ your kids’ names - one family has a girl and boy whose names are anagrams of one another. It’s no big deal, nobody cares. One of our sixth formers, during a discussion we had about the topic, said she wished her name was more like her brother’s - she absolutely adores her older brother so she thought it would be nice to have that connection.

To throw a spanner in the works I have a friend called Raya. She's Bulgarian and it's pronounced Rye-a not Ray-a so that might cause other issues.

I've taught a Rhea (pronounces Ree-a) and a Rhaya- pronounces the what you like. Both lovely girls who are about to finish uni now.
